Dr. Lin Huanxin, male, was born in November 1965 in Lufeng, Guangdong Province. In 1988, he graduated from Norman Bethune University of Medical Science and ever since he has worked in Radiation Oncology of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. He studied in Paris, France from March 1998 to November 2000. In 2013 he was employed as the chief physician of Sun Yat-sen University. Concurrently he is a member of Committee of Breast Cancer Society of Guangdong Provincial Anticancer Association and a member of Medical Quality and Safety Management Committee of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. He also serves as the Director of Health Care Department for Staff in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.

As an Attending professor of abdominal and thoracic tumor radiotherapy, he mainly focuses on researching breast cancer radiotherapy and clinical transformation. He presided over one general program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, one program of Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and one project sponsored by the Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center all as the first leader. He has published 15 academic papers (> 100 points), including 9 SCI papers, as the lead author or corresponding author. He participated in compilation of the book Diagnosis and Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and was member of editorial board for several other monographs, such as Practical Clinical Radiation Oncology, Handbook of Common Malignant Tumor Radiotherapy and Handbook of Cancer Prevention.
