I have been engaged in oncology clinical nursing for 28 years. Having worked on clinical nursing of head and neck surgery first and then on nasopharynx carcinoma from July 1986 to June 2001, I have become familiar with usual care, health education and psychological care for head and neck tumors and nasopharynx carcinoma. I have been engaged in clinical nursing and management in neurosurgery and urology surgery since July 2001 and have become familiar with usual care for diseases such as nervous system tumors and urogenital neoplasm and special care for difficult and critical diseases. I have accumulated rich clinical experience in illness observation, health education, psychological care, body function recovery, urinary stoma care and functional exercise of orthotopic neobladder after surgery on nervous tumors and urogenital neoplasm. I have led and completed scientific research projects in the hospital, such as Investigation on the Life Quality of Bladder Cancer Patients after Radical Cystectomy.I was honored as Excellent Nursing Manager of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center in 2007, 2008 and 2009. I was also honored as Excellent Communist Party member of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center in 2009.I am a standing member of Renal Disease Nursing Specialized Committee of Guangdong Nursing Association, a member of the First Urology Surgery Specialized Committee of Guangdong Association of the Integrative Traditional and Western Medicine, and a standing member of Neurology Nursing Specialized Committee of Guangdong Nursing Association.

09/1983-07/1986: Graduated from the Affiliated Nursing School of former Zhongshan Medicine School

10/1995-10/1998: Participated in self-taught examination for nursing and obtained graduation certificate of junior college

10/1999-12/1999: Studied further in the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University

09/2001-07/2004: Received a bachelor's degree in adult nursing from Sun Yat-sen University

2004: Participated in the "Seminar on Drug Clinical Trial Quality Management Standard and Clinical Rational Drug Use" and received a certificate.
